These Terms govern your access to SEZA services during testing and after production launch. By using SEZA, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Account Access
Users must meet applicable legal requirements to create and use SEZA accounts. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information.
2. Service Scope
SEZA offers digital payment functionality including wallet actions, transfer flows, and related support features, subject to ongoing development and regulation.
3. Account Responsibilities
You must keep credentials confidential, use strong authentication practices, and notify SEZA promptly about unauthorized activity.
You are responsible for actions performed under your account unless prohibited by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SEZA for fraud, unlawful transactions, identity abuse, harmful software distribution, security bypass, or interference with platform integrity.
SEZA may investigate misuse and cooperate with competent authorities when required.
5. Fees and Transaction Limits
Certain services may include fees, limits, or eligibility conditions disclosed in-app or through official communication channels.
6. Beta Testing Conditions
During testing, features may change, performance may vary, and temporary interruptions can occur while improvements are deployed.
By participating in testing, you acknowledge that pre-production behavior may differ from final production behavior.
7. Suspension and Termination
SEZA may suspend or terminate access for violations of law, security concerns, suspicious activity, or material breach of these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
SEZA names, logos, interfaces, and platform components are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be reused without authorization.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
Services are provided as available during testing and production phases. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties may be limited or excluded.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, SEZA and related parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from platform use.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws relevant to service operation in Haiti and associated jurisdictions, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
